Find Your Stillness – Yoga Retreats

With Adi Yoga Shala

A retreat is not an escape – it’s a return.
A return to breath, to stillness, to the gentle rhythm your heart has always known.

Each of our retreats unfolds in places that hold a sacred kind of quiet the mountains of Nepal, the riverbanks of Rishikesh and the timeless heart of India.
We don’t travel to add more to our lives, but to soften what’s already here through yoga, silence, shared laughter, and the simple grace of being fully present.

These journeys are woven with daily practice, self-inquiry, and moments of stillness that allow space for truth to rise naturally.
There are no performances, no expectations just honest connection, breath by breath.
Between temple bells, mountain air and the sound of rivers, something opens – gently, without effort.

You’ll find time to rest, to listen, and to remember what peace feels like when it isn’t something you chase.
Our retreats are small and personal — held with care, guided with intention, and created for those who wish to meet themselves again, quietly.

The tour was at a slow pace and there was plenty of time to immerse myself in the surrounds, fully taking it in. It was a lovely group of people and I felt cared for and welcomed.

Iraa has a special gift of bringing people together in warm friendship. The yoga sessions were gentle and therapeutic.

Where the Ganga meets the Himalayas

A few days in the birthplace of yoga — where every breeze feels like a whisper of something ancient.
We gather for sunrise practices, walks along the river, kirtans and moments that ask nothing of us but presence.

A retreat is that gentle moment of letting go when we stop clinging to the shore and allow life to show us new oceans within.
Each time we leave the familiar behind, we meet parts of ourselves we’ve forgotten. In the quiet, in the still rhythm of practice and breath, we learn to trust again in the journey, in the unfolding, and in the simple truth that what we seek has always been within us.
